chicken skewers (easy version)(airfryer version)
300 gs deboned chicken breast or thigh, cubed (150 gs for each person )
1 large onion (sliced)
1 tbsp yoghurt
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp saffron water(optional)(if you don't have saffron, you can add paprika powder، turmeric or whatever you like)
Salt
Pepper
Oil
Wooden skewers

Add oil, salt, and pepper to your chicken. Add sliced onions, lemon juice, and saffron water. Combine all the ingredients well and let it sit at least 3 hours (you can keep it overnight in the fridge). Soak your wooden skewers in water so they don't burn in the airfryer or oven. Put 3 cubes in each skewers. Brush oil on them. Put them in airfryer, 14 min , 180° c. I didn't say 15 min because I think that 1 min will make a big change. You can turn them after 7 min. But if you don't, that's fine.

Salad :
1 large lettuce
1 avocado
1 bell pepper
4 pickles
Lemon juice
Salt
Pepper

Cut them the way you like and add lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

For the french fries, I used the frozen ones because I was so busy that day, and I am a human. I can use some help sometimes.
