Black Burns - 10 reps
Lateral Reaches - 10 each direction
Hip Circles - 10 each direction
Knee Circles - 10 each direction
Ankle Circles - 10 each direction
Warmup - 2 sets, 30 seconds rest between sets
Child’s Pose To Kneeling Mountain Climber - 5 each side
Kettlebell Chest Loaded Hinge To Horned Squat - 10 reps
Squat Jumps With Pause - 5 reps
Jumping Jacks - 10 re, reps
Workset 1 - 4 sets, rest 60 seconds between sets
Single Kettlebell Waiter Racked Squat - 5 reps each side
Child’s Pose To Mountain Climber With Reach - 5 each side
Workset 2 - 4 sets, rest 60 seconds between sets
Single Kettlebell Row To Cheat Clean - 5 each side
Bodyweight Push Ups -10 reps
Finisher - 3 sets, 60 seconds rest between sets
Single Kettlebell Cheat Clean To Squat And Press - 5 each side
Single Kettlebell Pull Over To Sit Up - 10 reps
Decompression
Kneeling Spine Way - 60 seconds
Alternating Floor Scorpion - 4 each side
Pigeon Hold - 45 seconds each side
Standing Gunslingers - 10 reps
