Sherwin and Tim, owners of Tarsier Spirit, are two men on a mission: to create gin that lets you travel through the medium of alcohol.

And they're donating 10% of their profits to help tarsiers in Bohol!

In this video, I take you to Stockport, home of their humble distillery, where they have been producing craft gin for three years. We look at the process by which gin is distilled, plus the development stages, and of course why they started making gin!
