How To make espresso (espresso routine: Rancilio Silvia & Eureka Specialitá)

Hey, Thanks for checking out my video about my espresso routine.
Short facts:
I preheat the brewgroup for about 15 Minutes and start my routine when the heatlight flashes yellow.
I measure 15.5 Gramms with a scale and single dose it with my Eureka Specialitá.
After that I level with a distribution tool, tamp the grounds and lock the portafilter into the brewgroup.
I pull the shot while starting the timer.
I kill the switch and end the extraction when the crema gets blonde and the flow is watery.
Stur the espresso and enjoy!
