Lipton Onion Soup Mix Burgers 🍔 and Sweet Potato Fries 🍠

2 pounds Ground Beef
1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup Mix
1/4 cup Mayonnaise
1/4 cup Water
Slices Smoked Cheddar
Vidalia Onion cut into 1/2 inch round slices
Hamburger Buns, I love potato buns
(1) Mix together and form 4 patties. Melt a pat of butter on the hot griddle.
Grill or griddle like I did a few minutes on one side. Flip and cook another few minutes on the other or until cooked thru. Top with a slice of smoked cheddar and and cook until melted.
(2) Place another pat of butter beside the patties and cook the onions browning them in both sides and softening them.
(3) Be sure and toast the buns too and stack them together to enjoy. We put mustard on the buns as our condiment.
Sweet Potato Round Fries
1 large Sweet Potato peeled and sliced into thin rounds
Heat oil in a cooking pot until 350 degrees or when you place a potato round it immediately starts frying. Fry until done. Test one by taking it out and seeing if the middle is cooked thru. Sweet potatoes take a little longer than white potatoes.
