The Colonial Pipeline Hack: A Conversation with Dr. Guillermo Francia III

How does a cybercriminal shut down a pipeline that carries nearly half the fuel consumed on the East Coast of the United States? On May 8th the Colonial Pipeline company reported that ransomware hackers had effectively hit its network, resulting in one of the largest disruptions of American critical infrastructure by hackers in history. Joined by Dr. Guillermo Francia III of the University of West Florida Center for Cybersecurity, the Technado team discusses their thoughts on the attack.
