In this tutorial we explain the process of making a seamless brushed-on mold of a pattern with deep undercuts. We also explain material selection, mold design, and how to address undercuts.

We used PlatSil Gel-10 for the mold and economical ArtKast Brushable resin for the resin mother mold.
