Before and After Video on My New Real Estate Office
I started a real estate brokerage this year after buying a 68,000 square foot strip mall in Colorado. There was some vacant space in the strip mall, which I decided to turn into my new office. I planned to move in June 1st, but my old broker quickened that process. We had to move into a temporary space while we fixed up the new space. I show many videos of the office remodel, what we did, the grand opening, the temporary office, and much more.

It has been a crazy year as this was by far the biggest purchase I have ever made on a rental property. Then I started a brokerage but was forced to complete everything in basically 10 days. I was able to bring most of my team with me, but we lost a couple of people this year. We have added more agents to the office including property managers. Things are going very well right now and I am really happy with the new office.
In the videos, you can see how we transformed the space into a cool, modern, industrial office. I have my pool table, shuffleboard, kitchen, baths, conference rooms, and everything looks awesome. We have more plans in store for the office, but things are going very well right now.
