X32 Routing Series: Aux Remap (Aux In) Explained #behringerx32 #churchaudio #audio101

Part of my X32 routing series! In this video I explain Aux Remap (now called Aux In) and how to remap your six auxiliary channels to pull from different input sources.

AUX IN OPTIONS:
- Aux Ins (default): TRS/RCA inputs on the back of the console
- Local 1-2, 1-4, or 1-6: XLR inputs on the console
- AES50-A or AES50-B: Stage box inputs
- Card 1-6: Expansion card (X-USB, X-Live)
- User Input: Custom routing (covered in another video)

NOTE ON AUX 5 & 6:
The TRS and RCA inputs share the same channel—you can plug into both but they share gain.

WHY USE AUX CHANNELS?
Aux channels have less processing (no compressor or gate), making them perfect for sources that don't need it—Spotify, ProPresenter, video playback. Save your 32 full channels for the band!
