How to Use P16 Personal Monitors With Your Behringer WING #behringerwing #churchaudio #p16

Want to use Behringer P16 personal monitors with your WING? Here's how—even though the WING doesn't have a built-in Ultranet port!

THE SOLUTION: Use a stage box!
These AES50 stage boxes all have Ultranet outputs:
- SD8, SD16 (powered Ultranet—plug P16 directly!)
- S16, S32, DL16, DL32 (unpowered—use a P16D distributor)
- Midas DL8 (powered Ultranet)

HOW TO ROUTE IT ON THE WING:
1. Go to Routing → Outputs
2. Select the AES50 port your stage box is connected to (A, B, or C)
3. Ultranet pulls from outputs 33-48 on that AES50 port
4. Assign your channels, direct outs, or buses to outputs 33-48

PRO TIP: Send 8 Stereo Mix Buses!
Instead of 16 mono channels, route 8 stereo mix buses to the P16. Each musician selects their stereo pair on the P16 for quick volume control, then uses WING-Q or CoPilot app for detailed mixing of all 48 channels.

This gives you the simplicity of P16 hardware with the full power of WING's monitor mixing!
