Hey Foodies! Since most of us are staying at home, I've decided to recreate the iconic Fried Chicken from Max's Restaurant but Air Fried version! It's crispy, tasty and perfect for lunch during this summer time.

Ingredients:
1 whole dressed chicken
3 red onions
2 bulbs garlic
15g ginger
2 stalks lemon grass
1-2 L water
1/3 cup patis (fish sauce)
1 tbsp whole black peppercorns
2 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Airfryer temperature: 180°C/350°F
18 minutes per side
