Peterbilt 567 Bridgeport Ranger — Ponderosa Solid Waste

Almost 4 years ago I filmed this company’s very unique New Way Cobra Magnum rear loader sitting atop a Peterbilt 388. Recently I finally managed to make it back up to their service area outside of Fresno to film more of their kick ass fleet. A couple years ago they took delivery of yet another one-of-a-kind combo, this new generation Bridgeport Ranger mounted to a Peterbilt 567 of all things. To top it off this truck actually has a massive 15 liter Cummins under the hood, making it overpowered for the application however it allows for quick takeoffs going stop to stop which is very helpful on these rural country roads.

On the body side of things with this truck being a 2019, this would have been one of the very first redesigned arms Bridgeport built. The arm actually clips the hopper access door on the way down if the arm is lowered while retracted fully which is why the driver extends the arm slightly before lowering the cart.

Anyways, gotta give a huge shout out to the awesome driver Spencer! One of the friendliest we’ve ever met. These rural spread out areas aren’t easy to film so it’s always super helpful to have an accommodating driver. Enjoy the video!
