How to change a expansion vessel on a Worcester boiler

This video shows you step by step on how to change an expansion vessel on a Worcester boiler.

First we switch off the boiler from the mains and shut the flow and return pipes off, from there we can can now drain the water from the boiler only once this is done to make more access to the the Flexi hose connected to the expansion vessel we need to move the condensation trap by simply removing the hose connected and then twist to one side and this will come straight out, now you have access to the pipe that needs removing, with a pair of grips slowly take the retaining clip out and put the pipe straight out once this is done by removing the screw you can simply pull the vessel out of the back of the boiler and replace with the new one and then in reverse order when putting everything back.
