Chicken Roasted Kadai | Vicky Eleven Rasoi

Ingredients:-
Chicken with skin(1)
Curd
Black Pepper Powder
Chilly Flakes
Garam Masala Powder
Jeera Powder
Ginger Garlic Paste
Lemon Juice
Salt to taste
Mint leaves
Green Coriander Leaves
Whole Khade Masale
Refined Oil
Potato
Water as required

Method:-
Soak The chicken for 2 hours in salty water. Then we will prepare the marination for the chicken . We will add curd/Black pepper masala/Garam Masala Powder/Jeera Powder/Ginger garlic Paste/Lemon juice and salt to taste . Mix it well and marinate it with the chicken . We will keep it aside for 2 hours again to let the chicken soak the marination .Now we will prepare the bouquet of mint, coriander, khade masale, lemon and fold it and we will put it in the chicken stomach with the potato. Now we will tie the chicken with the dhaga. Now we will take the kadai and add some oil and khade masale in it . Now we will add the marinated chicken in it and cook it from all the sides and cover it with the clay pots and cook for 20 minutes . after 20 minutes we will add some water in it and again cook it for 30 minutes . After 30 minutes our chicken is ready to serve.
