Gosht Dal Kishori
Ingredients:-
1. Mutton gol boti/ Nalli - 300 gms
2. Dal Black Masoor - 200gms
3. Whole Ginger - 1 piece of 1-1/2 inch
4. Whole Garlic - 6-7 cloves
5. Whole Red Chilly - (7-8)
6. Whole Haldi - One small piece
7. Whole Coriander seeds - 4 tbsp
8. Whole Jeera - 1 tbsp
9. Whole green chilies - (3)
10. Mustard Oil - 100 ml
11. Salt to Taste
12. Sliced Onion - ( 2 medium size )
13. Chopped Tomatoes - ( 4 medium size )
14. Green Coriander - (4 spoon chopped )
15. Garam Masala Powder - 1-1/2 tbsp
Method :-
Heat Oil in a heavy bottomed pan . Let it smoke, then add jeera/sliced onion and let it brown.
Besides this, we will take ginger/garlic/whole coriander seeds/whole red chilli/whole haldi into grinding stone and make a smooth paste then after onion gets brown in color we will add this paste into it and sauté for 4-5 min.
Then will add mutton /dal and again sauté for 4-5 min . Then will add whole green chilly and chopped tomato and cook for some time , after this , we will add water into it and let it cook for 40-45 minutes or pressure cook for 2 whistle. Finally, we will add garam masala powder and chopped Coriander leaves and serve hot.
