Rufous-vented Ground Cuckoo - Panama!

Panama is perhaps one of the best birding countries in the Neotropics. With easy access, an excellent logistic infrastructure, and a huge bird list of 997 species it is an obligatory birding destination!

Here is a Rufous-vented Ground Cuckoo (Geomorphus geoffroyi) that Dylan and Eduardo had the privilege of spending some time with. Other species that they encountered on that specific day included; Snowcap, Collared Trogon, White-tipped Sicklebill, Blue-throated Toucanet, Golden-collared Manakin, Black and Yellow Tanager and many others!
