CHORIZO BANGERS WITH BUTTERBEAN MASH

Can you name anything more British than bangers and mash?! Sticky, saucy and rich, they are one of life's ultimate comfort foods and the best thing to have on a cold evening! We’ve given this humble dish a bit of a Spanish upgrade that, in our opinion, makes this dish even better. By swapping out the traditional banger for chorizo sausages and adding butter beans to the mash for ultimate creaminess we guarantee every bite will be different than the rest.
