Mixolydian Mode Soloing over the IV chord - Blues Guitar Lesson

Here's how the Mixolydian mode can be applied into the IV degree of a 12 Bar Blues. In this case, we play the Blues sequence in the key of A so we use A7-D7-E7. This lesson aims to work on the D7 (IV degree).
What is Mixolydian Mode? It's ascending sequence consists of a root note, whole step, whole step, half step , whole step, whole step, half step, whole step (to octave).
