Ventilation Cold flat roofs Abutment vents Making V purchasing them?

I made my own abutment vents for venting cold flat roofs until I found I could buy a commercial one; however, the commercial abutment vent was, although good, slightly fragile, and by the time I had installed it, I decided I like the ones I had made out of timber. When it comes to abutment vents for flat roofs, there are not many options. Conershaly, I don't think there is a big call for them. I think that you will get a lot more through ventilation from an abutment vent that vents through to the front fashia of a cold roof than you will from just installing mushroom vents. Abutment vents also take up less space and look nicer than a row of mushroom vents on a flat roof.
