EASY Chocolate Ganache | White Chocolate | Dark Chocolate | PERFECT Ganache | 2 Ingredients
Mix two simple ingredients together - chocolate and cream! An amazing and breath-taking thing happens, resulting in a delicious, smooth, silky and luxurious taste sensation that is Ganache.
Ganache is PEFECT for filling or coating cakes. It can be used as a glazed, drizzled, dripped, spread or whipped.

White Chocolate Ganache

10.5oz White chocolate
3 oz Whipping cream (heavy cream)

The white chocolate ganache is made using a 3.5:1 ratio (chocolate:cream)

Dark Chocolate Ganache

20oz Dark Chocolate (semi-sweet chocolate 50% - 70% cocoa solid)
10oz Whipping cream (heavy cream)

The dark chocolate ganache is made using a 2:1 ratio (chocolate:cream)

Recipes can be scaled up or down accordingly.
