Multi layer Chocolate Praline Cake

Multi-layer CHOCOLATE PRALINE CAKE is perfect for a lavish holiday feast.The thin layers are only 1/8 inch (3mm) of moist chocolate cake alternate with rich praline buttercream. On the side, it is frosted with creamy dark chocolate ganache and finished with crushed toasted hazelnuts. The top layer is chocolate ganache or mirror glaze. The first layer (base) is made from hazelnut paste – praline , melted chocolate and feuilletine – crushed lacey crepes to support the 18 or 25 layers!!! The height of cake would be closed to 2.5 to 3 inches (= 6.5 to 8 cm).
