We asked CSIRO: Ridley Aqua-Feed
CSIRO's patented Novacq™ prawn feed additive produces prawns that are on average 30 per cent faster growing, healthier and can be raised with no fish products in their diet, a world-first achievement in sustainability. Australian company Ridley Aqua-Feeds partnered with CSIRO to bring Novacq to market, creating benefits for Australian prawn farmers, consumers and the environment.
