Why do we have the ability to kick butt in all of our workouts but then turn into the cookie monster at night time? Is it just me?

Give yourself a calorie allowance to include the snacks you love in your diet. 
I give myself 250 calories to have what I want.
If you look for lower calorie alternatives, you can include more of what you love in your diet.
This will keep you sane while you’re dropping the pounds
