There’s hundreds of ways to get your body moving and lose weight. If you’re still stuck in the dark ages and putting yourself through workouts you hate, you won’t be consistent. Take a moment to think about what do you actually ENJOY doing…dancing? swimming? boxing? group classes? yoga? Once you make the switch, you’ll no longer dread your workouts and in fact look forward to them.
That’s what my walking workouts are all about. Get your body moving, have fun and fall in love with the process.
