Crisp and refreshing cucumber salad 开胃菜，黄瓜酸
Two to three servings 二至三人份
Ingredients 材料:
1 Cucumber 一条日本黄瓜
3 Tbsp Pineapple Chunks 3 汤匙黄梨块
35g Dried Anchovies 35克江鱼子
2 bird eye chilis 两粒小辣椒
2 Shallots 两粒小葱

Seasoning 调味料:
1 and 1/2 tbsp Rice Vinegar 1汤匙半白米醋
1/2 tsp salt 半茶匙盐
1 tsp Sugar ( to taste)一茶匙糖
