Come celebrate Songkran, the Thai New Year's national holiday on Saturday, April 18 with Eurasia by Chef Michel’s Thai Songkran Banquet! Songkran – also known as the Water Splashing Festival – is a celebration to mark the start of the Buddhist New Year.

Join in the festivities by way of a seven-course ALL GLUTEN-FREE, ALL DAIRY FREE Thai Songkran Banquet served Family Style. Enjoy these classic regional Thai dishes:
Tom Kha Gai - A creamy coconut chicken soup with spicy, sour & savory flavors
Yam Woon Sen - Glass noodle salad with shrimp & pork
Satay Gai - Chicken satay with peanut sauce
Pad See Ew Moo Krob - Street food dish of wide rice noodles stir-fried with crispy pork belly
Gang Gai Khao Mun - Southern-style curry with tender chicken, coconut cream & aromatic spices
Khao Pad Sapparod - Pineapple fried rice served in a hollowed-out pineapple
Woon Gati Bai Tuey - Coconut & pandan agar agar dessert
