WHY I DON'T LIKE STIMULANTS

Pre-workouts do more damage to the health and future gains of lifters, more so than any other substance combined. Pre-workouts will prevent you from making necessary adjustments to your training program, lifestyle and diet, which are probably the actual cause of the fatigue that has led you to use them. They also put the cardiovascular system under excessive stress and are bad for your kidneys, but if that’s not enough to dissuade you…they will also actually kill your gains!
