FBI fugitive awaiting extradition to NC, the legal battle ahead
An FBI Ten Most Wanted fugitive accused of killing a Charlotte woman nearly a decade ago has been captured in Mexico, the Federal Bureau of Investigation announced Saturday.
The extradition process could take months, according to attorney Tim Cannady, who is not involved in the case but spoke on the process ahead.
