SciChart WPF v5 Tutorial: Adding Zooming, Panning Behaviour in code

This tutorial shows you how to add zooming, panning behavior to a SciChartSurface, including:

- Drag to zoom on the chart (RubberBandXyZoomModifier)
- Drag right-mouse button to pan the chart (ZoomPanModifier)
- Mousewheel to zoom in/out
- Drag axis to scale or pan
- Scrollbars on the XAxis
