Self Love, what, why and what is the difference between Self Love, Narcissism or Codependency.

True connection or true love has nothing to do with: I give you financial security and in return I want you to give me company or sex in a relationship.But because we all have experienced painful emotions from our birth until now,
And haven’t learned how to solve that pain,
We closed ourselves up from our pain,
by building a wall around our core and feelings.We build that wall, by looking for constant distractions away from our unsolved issues.

This wall around our unsolved feelings, also disconnected ourselves from our own core or feelings.
In other words, this disconnection with ourselves was the end of our true self love.
Because we lost the connection or self love with ourselves, we started to look for love and connection with another.
But how can we connect with another, when we have lost connection with ourselves?
