Introduction – whatever enters the mouth does not harm people; whatever comes out of the mouth does!

一、讓話語沒有過失？ Let there be no fault in what you say?

二、毅力是得勝的兵器 Perseverance is the weapon to win victory

三、要繞恕人的過犯 Forgive others wrongdoing

四、掌管口舌四步驟 Four steps to bridle mouth and tongue
1) 宣告清單 List of proclamation
2) 制伏舌頭 Restrain the tongue
3) 祝福自己 Bless yourself
4) 不發怨言 Don’t complain

Where the belt of humbleness; let the Holy Spirit be the bit and bridle in our mouth.
