My strength workouts + how I train at home

I wanted to share what my gym or strength sessions look like as it's something I've been getting asked a lot! I thought I'd share what my strength sessions look like in my at home gym space and what some of my other sessions throughout the week have been lately! Unfortunately after a few weeks into our off season program I have had some injuries so I've been having to cross train and modify my program whilst I recover. My gym work is targeted at getting stronger for a 400m sprinter.
