Mercedes 350 BlueTec diesel error Y85 154900 EGR check engine

Check engine light on Mercedes-Benz ML350 Bluetec Diesel engine (common on all Bluetec S350, G350, GL350, E350, sprinter, and some other brands that use this engine). The scanner shows 154900 error code that says “Component ‘Y85 (exhaust gas recirculation cooler bypass switchover valve)’ has internal fault.” The internet seamed to point at three main EGR valve but i found the problem to be due to stuck flaps on the charge component #A6421401263
.
I took it apart, cleaned it, and re installed it. Every thing works perfectly now.
