Flying our Own plane to go Paragliding in Santa Barbara

We fly our own private plane - a Piper Cherokee 6 to Santa Barbara for a first ever Paragliding lesson with Rob Sporrer of Eagle Paragliding. Can a 12 year old solo paraglide on day 1? And will my private pilot experience translate from flying airplanes to paragliding?

Each of us faces our own unique challenges on this incredible aviation adventure. From a spatial disorientation scare in IMC to overcoming fears and nerves.
