Baghdad’s Secret Weapon, Europe Waited 400 Years For #islamichistory#islamicgoldenage#europe #muslim

When Europe was writing on animal skin — Baghdad had thousands of books. On paper.

In 751 AD, after the Battle of Talas, Muslim forces captured Chinese paper-makers. Baghdad learned their techniques, built the world's first paper mills, and made knowledge accessible to everyone — rich or poor.

Al-Khwarizmi wrote algebra on it. Al-Razi wrote medical encyclopedias on it. Bayt al-Hikmah stored thousands of books on it.

Europe received this paper 400 years later — from Cordoba, the capital of Al-Andalus. The city they called "Jannat al-Ard" — Heaven on Earth.

Only then did their Renaissance begin.

But textbooks say — "Europeans brought knowledge to the world."

And you believed it too.

Read your own history — because if you hear it from others, you'll get a distorted version.
