Today I reveal my marketing strategies for 2022! Since I’ve started my businesses, I’ve spent millions on marketing already, so I know what works and what doesn’t. From what I’ve learned, marketing is a volume game!

When my team and I first started out, we were doing lots of cold calling and trying to close deals over the phone. We were bad at consistent follow ups and showing up for appointments, so this is something we have improved upon. Since then, we’ve been able to close more deals!

I also hired a business coach to help restructure my business. When your business works, your marketing will too. You can’t just dump money into marketing, you’ve got to be intentional! I’ve attended masterminds to network with others.

Some ways I network my businesses are through PPC (pay per clicks online ads), TV commercials, cold calling, texts, and direct mail! Through the pandemic, I’ve increased my TV commercials significantly, as I believed more people would be at home watching more TV, and I was right! Marketing strategies should be flexible and diversified.

My plan for 2022 marketing is to continue my current methods, but adding more networking and to make use of the MLS. I want to network with realtors and other wholesalers in hopes of working with them. I want my team to make use and double down on finding deals on the MLS.
