Meet Carlos Suarez from Mexico. His role holds a lot of responsibility; making sure that the production of food to be distributed from the Sathya Sai centre in Port-au-Prince to 2000 children living in camps, runs smoothly.

The children rely on this food which guarantees them at least one nutritious meal for the day.

Carlos left the comfort of his tranquil Cancun home in Mexico to embark on this volunteer mission over a year and a half ago.
