What is a SEED BEAD at The Bead Gallery, Honolulu

What are seed beads? Tiny little glass beads that make headers happy!!! They aren't really made of seeds, as they are long tubes of glass that are basically blown out and then chopped into teeny tiny beads!

Seed beads have a historical past and been around for quite a long time and in so many locations and cultures.. they are quite the world travelers of beads!
