DEAD Tree, MONSTROUS Blackberries, FILTHY Concrete, & More At This NEGLECTED Property! #transforming

Today we are attacking this neglected property that had been let go by the previous tenants. We were called in to bring everything back into shape and transform the properties landscaping to a livable area. The lawn was overgrown, the tree branches were limiting the room, the blackberries were taking over the backyard, the concrete was filthy, and almost anything everything else needed attention!

We came in and in several days trimmed all the tree branches, cut down and removed a dead pine tree, mowed the overgrown lawn, cleared the blackberries, trimmed the bushes, collected the trash, and power washed all the surfaces. Not everything made it into the video but it is still quite a transformation nevertheless!
