We take you back a few decades with a twist. These juicy pork chops made in the air fryer borrow some cooking history. These are the shake and bake air fryer pork chops. Shake and bake was a revolutionary new step in home cooking started in 1965. It helped Americans move away from fried foods while introducing family cooking with a daughter exclaiming in a tv spot to her mama “and I helped.” Shake and Bake is still around, but we give it a Jetsetter twist.
