We Can't Stop Drinking this Guava Margarita!

Take a trip to St Maarten with this refreshing Jetsetter Guava Margarita! It’s our version of the guava rum punch margarita from St Maarten made with Guavaberry liqueur (guavaberry.com). It’s a legendary island folk Liqueur of St Maarten that is oak aged rum, cane sugar and local guavaberries. You can only get guavaberry liqueur on the island of St Maarten, as our jetsetter friend Susan Barnes explained in our interview with her. Watch our live interview with Susan on this channel right after this video. We jetsetterized it up for you so you can make it for yourself with easy to get ingredients wherever you are. The original drink uses the Guavaberry liqueur -- which is an amber color with a fruity, spicy, bitter and sweet flavor -- tequila and lime juice. We use Guava Rum, which is sweet and you can easily find it at most liquor stores. This rum is clear, so you’ll see how we added the color in the video. Check out how we made our version.
