Join me at New Farm Park in Brisbane. This is an out and back course commencing at New Farm Park and proceeding north along the riverside pathways along the Brisbane River and turning around near Commercial Road.

Alternative Training Methods
1. Complete the 5 kilometres in your own time depending on your fitness and personal abilities.
2. Set your goal pace and race me home against one of three finishes.
3. Run naked! Cover all over your data and ‘run by feel’.
4. Complete an EASY or RECOVERY pace.
5. TEMPO #1 (10:2:10).
10:00 min EASY (warm up), 10:00min TEMPO, 2:00min REST /EASY, 10:00min TEMPO, 2:00min REST /EASY, 4:00 min EASY (cool down).
6. Hit the Hills #1 (10:2:10).
Complete this in the same format as alternative five (5) except instead of increasing pace ad-lib the incline with random ups and down!
7. TEMPO # 2.
10:00 min Run easy (warm up), 10:00min TEMPO, 4:30min EASY to the finish, 5:30min TEMPO to the second finish, 6min EASY (cool down).
8. Hit the Hills #2
Complete this in the same format as alternative eight (8) except instead of increasing pace ad-lib the incline with random ups and down!
