Ask Joe about XM, Scrum, and his new class!

Agile methodology has helped software teams, and I'm a huge fan of seeing this mindset and associated practices speed up all types of work worth doing: from manufacturing cars, to marketing and sales (if the products are awesome), to HR, to solving social problems.  On May 1&2 I'm launching the first Extreme Manufacturing class, which will teach attendees, hands on,  the methods we used to design and build the WIKISPEED car in 3 months. 

I'll be hanging out on Google+ between noon and 1pm PST on Wednesday the 23rd and I want you to stop by and ask me ANYTHING about my new XM Class.  Let's talk about the curriculum, the structure, and the theories! 

We can also talk shop about your tricky impediment, the latest news in car tech (Maclaren P1), or the potential pitfalls of loosely coupling components. If you'd like, ask me anything!
