Ingredients for zaalouk - Moroccan eggplant dip - warm salad - simple ingredients:

2 eggplants
bunch of cilantro/ parsley
1/3 cup of olive oil
3 TBSP of paprika
2 tsp of cumin
1/2 tsp of black pepper
1 tsp of turmeric
2 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp of salt
1 TBSP lemon juice
the peel of quarter a preserved lemon
1 green bell pepper
2 tomatoes
