Contemporary Serbian Cyrillic Alphabet with Pronunciation

This is an introduction to contemporary Serbian alphabet. It is the official alphabet in Serbia used of course to write Serbian language. If you followed my previous videos, you will notice that this orthography is very simplified comparing it to the Old Slavic. The reasons for such simplifications are almost exclusively political, as the Austro-Hungary did not wanted Serbs to be able to read Old Serbian and Old Slavic texts and also to create artificial differences between Serbs and Russians. It is also worth mentioning that all ocupators wanted to ban and destroy Cyrillic alphabet in Serbia, but as long there are Serbs, this will not happen.
I am going to cover this alphabet completely by repeating you pronunciation of every letter twice, so you can hear it better. As in Slavonic-Serbian, modern Serbian letters also does not use Old Slavic names and do not represent numerals anymore.
