WEIGHT TRAINING VS CARDIO - What's Better For Losing Weight?

Many beginners starting out at the gym are confused between cardio and weights when it comes to losing fat. Especially now in 2022 when there's a lot of misinformation and myths online about weightlifting and cardio. Many people tend to do cardio when their primary goal is to lose weight and they are unaware of the many benefits that come with weight training and building muscle. You can actually lose more fat in the long run if you prioritize weight-lifting over cardio and build more muscle. Having more muscle mass significantly increases your resting metabolic rate which means that you'll burn more calories at rest as opposed to only burning calories while doing cardio.
