Here is number 2 in our series of An Exercise A Day For The Month Of May! I am excited to bring you this great but simple exercise for the integration of the hips and pelvis. We will be using a thera band for this exercise, but if you don't have one then a scarf will do. Let's get moving and strengthen those hips!
