The pre-med-student-turned-painter-turned-business-mogel is an impressive case study in finding something you love and working day and night at it (sometimes literally). After spending a year learning how to source products, take marketing photos, and manage shipping and logistics, McFerran sold $1,000 worth of lashes on day 1 of the official launch - which happened to be right around the time the global pandemic hit in early 2020. Not letting that slow her down, Glamnetic is now a $50-million dollar business and has expanded their range into nails and other beauty products.
