Python with Puppies (Lesson 4 - LOOPS)

In this lesson of Python with Puppies, we learn all about loops (FOR and WHILE). We create a program to take in names of dogs for the Puppy Wash management system. Each name is immediately added to an "unwashed" list. Our program then runs through a process to notify us of each dog needing to be washed and then moves their name to the "washed" list.

In writing the program, we will be using our new knowledge from all previous lessons including variables, assignments, conditional statements, and lists (creation & modification). We even add just a couple of new commands along the way.
