Creamy Beef Stroganoff

This is a great dinner and really easy to make. It doesn't take long and it's so much better than the stuff in a box!

Needed to make

*1 lbs. ground beef
*12 oz. sour cream
*1 small can of cream of mushroom soup
*1 small can of sliced mushroom
*1 tablespoon of all-purpose flour
* 1 bag of medium egg noodle
*1 to 2 cups of chopped carrots
*Garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste

Step 1: Boil carrots in a pot until soft, remove from heat, drain and set aside.
Step 2: Boil pasta until done per package directions.
Step 3: Using a large skillet, cook hamburger meat completely and drain well.
Step 4: Using the skillet, add the flour, mushrooms, soup, sour cream, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Step 5: Add the carrots and pasta as soon as they are done and drained.

Mix well and serve.
